10 ways getting fit will make your life better

There’s a lot of information out there about getting fit. A lot of advice about what to eat, how to exercise, how to change habits,… Basically, change your whole lifestyle.

“Well… why do I need to get fit? What’s in it for me?”

To go trough all this trouble you first want to know about the advantages that lie on the other side, right?

You’re about to discover all the advantages of getting fit. Your life will look completely different. And I’ll give you an extra bonus at the end. One that will probably encourage you to take action today.

1. Let’s start with some good news…you don’t have to do long boring workouts.

“That’s great news to start with, no?”

We could go very deep into this subject and explain why a short interval training is more effective than a long boring one.

Just ask yourself this question: What will be more exhausting for your body, running an hour at the same pace or a 15 minute non-stop combination of getting up, jumping, squats and push ups ?

That’s right … the 15 minutes combination not only saves you 45 minutes a day, your body will still be in burning-calories-mode long after. Let’s say you do 3 workouts a week, that saves you … 3 x 45 minutes.

2. Getting fit gives you more energy

More energy can influence a lot of things for you: home, work, relationship, friends, hobby…

Let’s say you finished work. Normally you go lie in front of TV all evening, struggling to get up or to change the channel. Now you still have plenty of energy left to play with the kids, help to make dinner, walk the dog (or in some cases the dog walks you), finally mow the lawn, pick up your old hobby again, …
